Policy Summary

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original state, including packaging and tags.
  • Proof of purchase from Valelura (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Returns that fall outside these guidelines may not be approved.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • If the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error, Valelura will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Include your order number and a short explanation of the issue.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions and the designated return address.
  4. Send the item back securely following the instructions provided.

Refund Handling

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
