- Proof of purchase from Valelura (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Returns that fall outside these guidelines may not be approved.
Return Shipping & Fees
- If the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error, Valelura will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
