Valelura Shipping Policy

At Valelura, our goal is to make your shipping experience smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders.


Where We Ship

Valelura currently ships orders within the United States only. We are actively working on expanding to additional regions in the future.


Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Daily order cut-off: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days. During this stage, your order is prepared, packed, and handed off to a shipping carrier.
  • Shipping transit time: Approximately 6–10 business days, depending on location and carrier performance.
  • Total estimated delivery: 7–12 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods or due to external factors beyond our control.


Shipping Partners

To ensure reliable delivery, we work with established carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection may vary depending on your location and order size.


Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping is included on all U.S. orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Delivery Concerns

If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and work with the carrier to resolve it promptly.


Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real-time.
